WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE PAPERWORK HAS BEEN SENT IN?
Our Rental Managers Sara or Alison will confirm your contract submission. There is a 2-3 week wait time. At times there may be a longer wait time, but we'll do our best to get you one as soon as possible!
- Payment is due 24h prior to picking up the equipment (or having it shipped). We will charge your credit card on file for the first month's rent and if there are any shipping costs (Shipping/courier within NYC is a flat rate of $30), it's free to pick it up at our location.
- Shipment is not included and billed separately. We offer a flat-rate of $50 one-way within US and $75 to Canada.
- We use FedEx for shipment and signature is required. Please make sure someone will be there to sign! We can also ship it to a near by FedEx location. If so, please provide that shipping address in contract.
- Receive the equipment and read the Guidelines in packet prior to your first session. Please note, you'll need your own headphones. Any earbuds or regular headphones will do. No noise-canceling or bluetooth headphones please.

- We will be checking in with you periodically to see how your training is going and to answer questions.
- One week before your training period ends, we'll contact you to see if you like to extend your rental. Sessions rollover so if you haven't had the time to do all the sessions you can rent it for an additional 2 weeks or month. When extending, your credit card will be charged the first day of the next 30 day period. If you do not want to extend, please notify us asap and we will make arrangement for the return. You are responsible for return shipping charges.
